Hi, I’m Mieka.
I’m an organizational psychologist and coach who believes work should support our lives—not consume them.
That belief got personal in business school, when my mom almost died from burnout. It was a medical crisis that reshaped everything I know about work.
At first I looked for systemic fixes, but the issue went deeper. So I went deeper too: into psychology, neurobiology, and my own healing.
