Design work that fuels you
Personalized 1:1 coaching for ambitious professionals ready to transform their relationship with work, without sacrificing success.
You've mastered the art of achievement, but at what cost?
The constant emails. The blur of back-to-back meetings. The nagging sensation that no matter how much you accomplish, it's never quite enough.
The uncomfortable truth: Our professional world glorifies burnout, calling it success.
The radical possibility: Your best work happens when you're thriving, not surviving.
What if your work could energize you?
Imagine waking up with clarity about what matters most: your boundaries are clear, your decisions aligned with your values, and your energy reserved for what truly moves the needle.
This isn't about working less (unless that's what you want). It's about working differently.
It's about dismantling unconscious patterns keeping you locked in cycles of stress and diminishing returns.
It's about creating success that's sustainable, meaningful, and doesn't cost your wellbeing.
Why my approach is different
Most advice focuses on surface-level symptoms: time management techniques, prioritization frameworks, or meditation apps. But these are band-aids on a deeper issue.
Real transformation happens when you understand the unconscious patterns driving your relationship with work - the beliefs, emotional responses, and somatic patterns that keep you stuck in overdrive.
My coaching approach goes beyond conventional wisdom to address the root causes.
My core principles
-
We've normalized an unsustainable pace where busyness has become a status symbol - the professional equivalent of carrying a Birkin bag. The constant barrage of information, decisions, and expectations has created a culture where "more" is the default metric of success.
-
The human nervous system wasn't designed for perpetual high alert. Beyond the physical toll, chronic stress impairs the exact cognitive functions you need most: creativity, strategic thinking, and sound decision-making. Your brain literally cannot perform at its peak when constantly overloaded.
-
Research in neuroscience and psychology reveals clear pathways to sustainable high performance. When you work aligned with your neurobiological needs rather than against them, you don't just feel better - you perform better. And this ripples outward to your team, organization, and beyond.
-
Lasting change comes from working with your mind and body, not against them. This means uncovering the unconscious patterns driving your behavior and creating new neural pathways that support both wellbeing and exceptional performance.
How we’ll work together
My methods are grounded in cognitive psychology, neurobiology, and embodied learning - creating change that lasts because it transforms how you function at a fundamental level.
Unlike traditional coaching that stays in the realm of concepts and conversation, we'll integrate somatic awareness to ensure new patterns become embodied, not just intellectually understood.
This isn't about quick fixes. It's about rewiring the operating system running your professional life.

The first step is a 30-minute discovery call to ensure we're the right fit for each other.
Hi, I’m Mieka.
As an organizational psychologist and coach, I've dedicated my career to proving that work can—and should—support our lives.
My journey began during business school, when my mom nearly died from burnout; not metaphorically, but literally. This personal crisis became my professional awakening, fundamentally reshaping my understanding of work's impact on our lives.
I initially focused on macro-level solutions—social enterprises, worker cooperatives, labor rights, and management systems. But I discovered that even the most idealistic organizations struggle with overwork, toxic cultures, and conflict. The problem runs deeper than our systems.
This realization launched me into a decade-long exploration across psychology, neurobiology, and business. I earned multiple advanced degrees while simultaneously doing my own healing work—slowly learning to lead a healthier work life and helping leaders, teams, and companies do the same.
FAQs
-
Most coaching approaches remain purely cognitive, focusing on strategies and mindset shifts. While these elements are important, lasting change requires addressing the neurobiological patterns that drive behavior. My methodology integrates somatic awareness, belief pattern transformation, and evidence-based protocols that create change at the level of your operating system, not just your applications.

Many of my clients are already highly accomplished by conventional standards. The question is: at what cost? This work is about creating success that's sustainable and aligned with what truly matters to you. It's about redefining achievement in ways that honor your wellbeing rather than sacrificing it.
-
Beyond our sessions (3-4 per month), you'll need 20-30 minutes daily for practice and integration. The practices are designed to integrate into your existing routine rather than adding another "to-do." Many clients find they actually gain time as they eliminate inefficient patterns.
-
Absolutely. When you operate from a place of clarity, alignment, and wellbeing, your strategic thinking, leadership presence, and decision-making all improve. Many clients report accelerated career advancement as they bring their full potential to their work without the interference of stress and burnout.
-
This process will help you gain clarity on what truly matters to you and how your work can align with those values. Many clients discover they don't need to change jobs—they need to change how they approach their current role. Others gain clarity on what their next professional chapter should look like.
-
While I can't guarantee specific outcomes (as results depend on your implementation), I do guarantee my full commitment to your transformation. If after our first two sessions you don't feel we're the right fit, I offer a partial refund minus the cost of sessions completed.

Every day you spend in overdrive has a cost:
To your physical health
To your relationships

To your strategic impact
To your long-term career sustainability
What would it be worth to transform your relationship with work now, rather than waiting until a crisis forces change?
