Hi, I’m Mieka.

I’m an organizational psychologist and coach who believes work should support our lives—not consume them.

That belief became personal in business school, when my mom almost died from burnout. It was a medical crisis that reshaped everything I thought I knew about work.

At first, I looked for systemic fixes. But even in the most values-driven organizations, I saw the same patterns—overwork, disconnection, and burnout. The problem ran deeper.

So I went deeper too—into psychology, neurobiology, and my own healing. Over the past decade, I’ve helped leaders, teams, and companies build healthier ways of working from the inside out.

  • Most coaching approaches remain purely cognitive, focusing on strategies and mindset shifts. While these elements are important, lasting change requires addressing the neurobiological patterns that drive behavior. My methodology integrates somatic awareness, emotion processing, belief pattern transformation, and evidence-based protocols that create change at the level of your operating system, not just your applications.

  • Many of my clients are already highly accomplished by conventional standards. The question is: at what cost? This work is about creating success that's sustainable and aligned with what truly matters to you. It's about redefining achievement in ways that honor your wellbeing rather than sacrificing it.

  • Beyond our sessions (3-4 per month), you'll need 20-30 minutes daily for practice and integration. The practices are designed to integrate into your existing routine rather than adding another "to-do." Many clients find they actually gain time as they eliminate inefficient patterns.

  • Absolutely. When you operate from a place of clarity, alignment, and wellbeing, your strategic thinking, leadership presence, and decision-making all improve. Many clients report accelerated career advancement as they bring their full potential to their work without the interference of stress and burnout.

  • This process will help you gain clarity on what truly matters to you and how your work can align with those values.   • While I can't guarantee specific outcomes (as results depend on your implementation), I do guarantee my full commitment to your transformation. If after our first two sessions you don't feel we're the right fit, I offer a partial refund minus the cost of sessions completed.
